FIELD ARBORIST

 

We currently are looking to fill the full-time position of Field Arborist.  A part-time position could be arranged initially. 

 

The scope of work and responsibilities of  this position include;

· Tree Risk Assessments

· Arborist Reports

· Municipal Permit Applications and Reports

· Consent forms for private tree work

· Planning & documentation for large tree work projects

 

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

· Must be an ISA Certified Arborist

· Previous experience working for a Tree Service company is essential.

· Diploma in tree care, forestry or equivalent is an asset

· Must be a non-smoker

· Valid BC Drivers license and clean driving record

· Valid First Aid certificate

 

This position is available immediately.  Medical, dental and extended health benefits are available after successful completion of a three-month probation period.
